Design
This carbon plenum is a complete redesign of the OEM S65 plenum, developed to offer more than simply a carbon copy of the factory component.
Featuring increased volume in the upper frontal section and top cover, the plenum is designed to complement the airflow characteristics of the S65 engine while delivering an improved induction sound. With a wall thickness of just 1.2mm, the carbon construction allows the engine's character and intake note to be heard in full.
The modular design allows different lids and velocity stacks to be fitted, offering flexibility for future upgrades and development.
The supplied carbon velocity stacks feature a larger opening than the OEM components and are designed to take advantage of the revised plenum design.
Performance Testing
Dyno testing was carried out under controlled conditions on an independent Dynojet dynamometer.
Testing was performed with the manufacturer's high-flow intake system already installed to allow both the OEM and upgraded plenums to operate under identical conditions.
